Job Description

This isn’t a typical “9-to-5” design desk. This is a revenue-generating, relationship-driven role for the professional who wants to build a book of business with no ceiling. You’ll help clients avoid “contractor chaos” by providing the expert guidance they need to make smart, future-proof investments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build Your Business: Develop and manage your own pipeline of clients and referral partners (contractors, designers, and lenders).
  • Lead the Transformation: Guide clients through the full design journey for kitchens, bathrooms, custom closets, and home offices.
  • Consult, Don’t Just Sell: Deliver a high-end experience that balances luxury aesthetics with the practical realities of urban density or suburban life.
