Scott began his career designing custom kitchens and baths after receiving his B.S. in Architecture in 1992. Becoming a Kitchen Designer has allowed him to utilize his architectural design training with his customer service background; and the combination has served him well. Kitchen designers are, at their core, “problem solvers”. The privilege of helping clients solve their unique design and budget challenges is what has kept Scott in the Kitchen & Bath Design industry for over 30 years. Scott is equally comfortable working with first-time homebuyers, contractors, builders, installers, and other industry professionals; and he enjoys being able to communicate with each of them on their own terms.
In architecture, the simplistic debate is “form vs function”…. which is more important? Scott is a believer in “function first”. His philosophy is “who cares how nice it looks if it doesn’t work?”. The foundation of any successful job is a design that “functions properly”, and he takes great pride in turning that difficult project into a beautiful…. and beautifully functioning, solution for each unique client.

Kim has been servicing MD, DE, and PA since 2001. She has a strong passion for designing beautiful and functional spaces. Each project is different. Kim takes the time to ask questions, listen to her client’s needs, and educate them. She has experience in designing kitchens, bathrooms, offices, bars and closets. Whether you are building a custom home, remodeling, or putting an addition on your home, she can help.

Rob has enjoyed designing spaces since 2005. His career began manufacturing cabinetry and counters, installing, and remodeling kitchens for the first 6 years. This experience provided a wealth of knowledge, along with an eye for detail that helps bring projects to life at any price point. He is known for a very hands on approach with his clients to help ensure a smooth project.

As the mother of two grown daughters, Shelly understands that a home must evolve through every stage of life. Whether you’re remodeling a kitchen, refreshing a living space, creating better organization, or designing your dream home from the ground up, she believes every project should blend timeless beauty with practical functionality.
Shelly’s design philosophy is simple: great design is about more than aesthetics—it’s about how a space makes you feel. She is passionate about creating environments that bring family and friends together, support everyday living, and reflect the unique personality of each homeowner.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to getting every element just right, Shelly often jokes that her greatest obsession is achieving the perfect design. From space planning and storage solutions to finishes, colors, and final touches, she believes the details are what transform a house into a home.
When she’s not helping clients create beautiful spaces, Shelly enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay, gardening, home improvement projects, relaxing by the water, and catching up on her favorite television series. She’s also a devoted fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles.
